Pillow Happy. Stitching and Leaves : :

This past weekend, I finished up another pillow to add to the Biz Collection. This one has lots of meaning (which I'll keep to myself), some more Good Folks fabrics - that I couldn't love more, and lots of embroidery and applique details. It was a fun project to work on in between all the doll and dollhouse making that has been going on around here lately.
I wasn't quite sure what I was doing yet with this , I just loved the dark teal against the yellow.
Once it became this, I had a plan...
And as it came together, each leaf and every stitch had a meaning and symbolized something.

I'll explain the story to my sister Biz, and I hope she'll love it all the more. Kaiden sure did!
I've knitted more dolls up this past week than I have since the line I made for Renee and Jeremy, some for custom orders, some new for the store in La, and some for the new store here in Pa. It's the perfect timing for me to stay busy - more on that in my next post.
