Butterfly Quilt Finishing : :

I just finished up the binding on my butterfly quilt and took some pretty pictures as I worked! I know exactly where I'm going to take this quilt for picture taking, hopefully the weather holds out today!

This Gray & Pink combo had me wanting to break out my Rock & Romance stash!

I'm loving this Gray & Pink Combo!

The prettiest bobbin I've ever wound, it's Aurifil Variegated from the Tula Pink Collection!

Prettiest Bobbin

My first attempt at wavy quilting, I thought the movement would be a pretty compliment to the Butterfly theme!

Wavy quilting for movement

Scrappy Binding in various shades of pink!

Backed in one big, gorgeous piece of Loulouthi Clippings by Anna Maria Horner!

  8. GAACCKKK....sooo beautiful! Show me some more. :o) Question for you: Your quilts always look sharp and pressed, are they pressed? Also, how did you like wavy quilting? It looks awesome!

    1. Thanks you!! First, I LOVE the wavy quilting! I went a little more dense here than I meant to, but I'm very happy with the end result! And, Yes! I press the heck out of my quilts using lots & lots of steam! Especially when it comes to adding my binding. I love to iron actually, must be from all those years working in retail!
