Beginning : :

Oh, what a weekend! We are settling into our new place fast and we're so excited!! Everything came together so quickly in the end. The moment we got the keys, we started moving in, and by the time the kids were home from school on Friday, it was already starting to look like home!

My sewing room is done and I can't wait to take pictures and share them and SEW!!! I have lots to do today, so I can hopefully do all that tomorrow! Here are a few pictures I took, when I actually would allow myself to stop and look around, and a couple that I don't want to ever forget.

Day 1 -- first pic

Above is the very first picture I took here. Our boys are so happy and they were so tired! They got to stay up late and watch our favorite -- American Pickers!

And here's a peek at my sewing room and some of my most favorite things in it. I definitely have more organizing to do, but it's all in here, so I'm happy. It's going to be a constant work in progress to keep all that's in this room organized, that's for sure!!

Day 2 -- sewing/craft room -- AGF's :)

Day 2 -- sewing/craft room AMH Collection

Sewing room = done! More soon!

And, one of my new favorite pictures EVER!

Day 2 -- first fire

I'm off to tackle the upstairs now!

I still can't believe we're here! WOW.  Maureen

  30. What an amazing amount you have done n such a short time. Which model is your Horizon? How did you get that digital picture up on it? I am looking at the 8900 at the moment as they have discontinued the 7700 and I am so disappointed.

  34. Where are all the boxes and packing material and mess? I can't believe you just moved in. It looks FANTASTIC!!! You must be super organized. Congratulations on the new place. I love moving in and finding just the right place for all the things. I've moved way too many times being a military wife. We are done now, and I have my forever home. Love it to pieces, and now I love having all the walls be Antique White so that I can just change the curtains and the accessories, and then the room is re-decorated in a heartbeat. LOVE IT!
