rainbow + patchwork
Today I'm loving patchwork. Anything and everything patchwork!
It turns out that I am not recovering as well from this weekends excitement as my husband, naturally. Feeling a nasty cold settling in and just really run down. Blah! I think some hot Gypsy Cold Care tea and some rainbow, patchwork piecing is just the cure!
It's raining here again today, but just as soon as I can get a few good pictures I'll have my Fall Dresden Pillow for my Mom and a new quilt top to share!
How about you? What's inspiring you these days?

I love that center picture! I am sorry you are not feeling well. I hope you feel better soon. I don't get how to use pinterest I guess I just need to study it more.
ReplyDeleteJewel - Oh, I love pinterest!!! For these mosaics, I am saving the images and using Biglabs mosaic maker to create this photo. Then I am linking it to the pin board with the images, so I have a source. I hope BigLabs hooks up with pinterest so each photo can be sourced separately like Flickr!
ReplyDeleteDon't give up on Pinterest, it's the best!
I agree- I love Pinterest! These photos are amazing, and I just love the patchwork. So much work and detail but it makes it look so great!

ReplyDeleteI leave for Sedona in a couple days. The deep red orange of the dirt along with the dense, green foliage and ripe blackberries make a beautiful color palette. Not to mention that it is perfectly accented by the always turquoise sky. So majestic. Someday I'll make a quilt from my Sedona spread, but until then, it's just a relaxing and inspiring place.
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon Maureen! Beautiful mosaic, very inspiring. Thanks for including my slippers!
