The Fleet & Flourish Blog Tour : Jessica Stewart

The past two weeks have been so much fun for me! This is the first Blog Tour I've ever "organized" and with each new day & project I continue to be completely blown away by the amazing things my friends are creating! I'm excited to start this final week of the tour with the beautiful work of my talented friend Jessica Stewart of Izzy & Ivy Designs & Snickerdoodle Stew!

The first dress I want to share is the beautiful color-blocked Charly Tunic that Jessica sewed for my Quilt Market booth this past Fall. The top features Thriving Threads and Gentle Mantle Land from my Fleet & Flourish knits, with a few coordinating Art Gallery Pure Elements Solids, and sweet elbow patch hearts & lace details!

This dress was one of the most popular & photographed items in my space at Quilt Market. Everyone loved it so much!

For the Blog Tour I sent Jessica another knit to use, my peachy cream Minimints in Raw plus more Thriving Threads and Gentle Mantle Land to create this adorbale Tallulah Dress and ruffle pants set from the Sweet Polly’s Playclothes booklet. This is the cutest outfit!

  4. I keep wondering about whether I need to comment on your posts to be eligible for prizes in this blog tour. I had no idea that the fabric was available in knits as well as woven cotton. Is the knit fabric also 100% cotton? Makes me feel tempted to do a bit of easy garment sewing!
