Mrs. Fox : :

I made a Mrs. Fox pillow yesterday, as a custom order request that came through my etsy, and it's the best thing I can think to share on this dark rainy day!! These fox pillows always bring a smile to my face!

Mrs. Fox

There's something so cozy about a Summer rainy day. I'm hoping to get lots of sewing in today! And, I wish you all a beautiful day!  Maureen

p.s. I have to mention that tomorrow's giveaway is this pretty Rainbow Bundle, how perfect is that?!!

    1. The front is all felt, the wool blend felt I sell in my etsy shop, and the back is finished in an organic cotton Simpatico print by Cloud 9 Fabrics. :)

  7. Your fox pillow is so cute. I know time is limited, but you ought to branch out and make some with owls, or squirrels or butterflies. You are so talented I'm sure you could some up with a whole bunch of really cute ideas. Even names with flower embellishments for the little princesses you make crowns for would be adorable. So cute.

    1. Thank you!! I've made so many applique pillows through my shop over these past couple years! I actually don't even have the fox pillows listed and only make them if someone contacts me about making one. It's so hard to juggle all the etsy shop makings with my passion for making things from fabric and the quilty things I like to share here. Maybe down the road I will offer a variety of pillow designs in my shop, but for now I just like to make them occasionally to avoid burnout. :)

  9. Mrs. Fox is adorable, so happy looking. I love her little bow. We have fox's that roam around our property and I love them. They are a bit elusive and mischievous but still fun to have around.

    1. Well, on this shelf I have stuck with organizing by color and that has really helped with keeping it neat! :)
