Today I : :

~ started a new applique project...
hangers for appliques
~ realized that this is the very first time I have stitched with black thread -- I love it!

~ am hoping to make three more by this weekend...

~ am admiring the very old wooden clothes pins spilled out onto my desk...

~ am very happy that after a rather dark morning, as I finish writing this -- the sun is finally shining!

  4. Love the applique project...I don't usually do a lot of applique but I'm working on a block of the month quilt for Christmas right now which is all appliqued and I'm really enjoying it so far.
