Vintage Holiday Button

Have you seen? Heidi, who blogs at the Fabric Mutt, is hosting a Vintage Holiday Quilt A Long!  I believe that it's never too early to plan or begin sewing for the Holidays! So, this sounds like a perfect chance to cross that gorgeous new Holiday Quilt off your list, and to do it with lots of company, too!!

You can find the story behind her quilt-a-long and all the details to join in here
as well as the flickr group to join here!

There is still plenty of time -- sewing will start on August 6th, with two blocks planned each week! Once all those finishing touches are on your quilts and you all have reached that finish line, Heidi will host a linky party on the Fabric Mutt blog where everyone can show off their completed quilts. At the end of that week, a random drawing will be done for TWO to win an entire fat quarter bundle of Vintage Modern by Bonnie & Camille, courtesy the Fat Quarter Shop!! WOW!

  172. I love The Fat Quarter Shop! If I win this gift certificate, I would use it to buy fabric to make my middle sister a quilt. She is one of the few family members I have yet to make a quilt, because I have been searching for the perfect pattern. She loves anything Asian and her favorite color is turquoise, and I am confident that I can find something she will love on the site! Thanks so much for sharing this contest!
