2012 Wishlist : :

I hope everyone had a safe and fun New Year! I had planned to start this new year off with a big blog post about what my goals will be for 2012. I've got quite the list of things to work on and some exciting, good news to share - today. instead. I'm sharing a fun mosaic full of the items on my studio wishlist. I don't know about you, but beginning anything for me ideally starts with a nice, clean organized space, bursting with colorful inspiration...

2012 Studio Wishlist
* my pinterest wishlist *

Coincidentally, my studio wishlist goes quite nicely with the fabric wishlist I put together last week for the Bloggers Bundle Competition. I see a shopping spree in my future...

Blogger's Choice Fat Quarter Bundle competition -- So fun!!!

Tomorrow I'll be away for the day. To a Dr.'s appointment where I'll find out what January and possibly the next several months might look like for me. I decided to keep the doom and gloom about some things I've been dealing with for many months now private, for the most part, and I still want to for the time being. But today, as we begin a new year and as I am so close to beginning my 3rd year of blogging, hooray! -- I just want you all to know how much having this place means to me. I want to keep it my happy place and I really, really want to keep sharing my passion to create here with all of you, as frequently as I do.

Happy Monday, friends!

  7. Your bundle is my favorite. And I love your images. I would LOVE to use my thread collection as an art piece. I've seen online videos of Libby Lehman's studio, and she has a similar thread art/storage system. Love it!!

    Happy New Year!

  12. That cashmere wool is gorgeous. *knitting itch* I just ordered a luscious black merino/silk blend for myself so I can endevour on slowly making a huge wrap/shawl for next winter. Yep, read that right, next winter. No time at all atm but i just had to make use of that tempting discount.

    Can you believe I knitted lots of scarves for other people this Christmas and last but still have to make one for myself? (Actually, I'm pretty sure you can.)

    As far as my wishlist is concerned I got lots of Lotta Jansdotter's Echo for Christmas that I'd been drooling over for months (and still am). Not sure when I'll be able to squeeze some sewing into my schedule but soo looking forward to the treat of working with something I love.

    E-hugs and keeping you in my thoughts tomorrow and the day after and the one after that and.. you catch the drift. :)

  14. I'm also waiting to hear back about the next few months...I'm just dread when my phone rings, just thinking about lab results is giving me grey hair. Literally, my husband found one on my head this morning! I hope it goes well for ya!
