Quite a rare thing to see a little boy so still and quiet (if he's anything like mine, that is!)!
I see a pencil. I imagine he's absorbed in a drawing.
He's 8 year old and changing everyday. I can see the outward changes happening, they're obvious, but am constantly searching to know how he is growing inward -- what his thoughts are, how he's feeling. Today -- I am so grateful for his openness.

He is just adorable - the innocence is still there! I hold onto those quiet moments with my 4 yr. old grandson. Thank you for reminding me of them!
